What is your primary product or service?
We are a Real Estate Brokerage company specializing in helping Home Buyer's in Northern New Jersey.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The Broker of our office has been in real estate in New Jersey since the 1980s and established our Home Buyer focused specialty office after working for one of the major national real estate brokerages in the U.S.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We only exclusively represent our Home Buyers. We never represent any seller, developer or builder against our Home Buyer. We work only on our Home Buyer's side to help them find, negotiate for, and purchase a home in Northern New Jersey (either a condo, townhouse, one family, or a multi-family home).
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work out of our centrally located office in Hudson County.

NJ Turnpike to Exit 14A. Follow Avenue E to 27th Street. Make a right on to 27th Street and go one block to Broadway. Make a right on Broadway and we are on the right at 598 Broadway. Appointments are necessary since we only work with a selected number of clients at any one time.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are paid out of the proceeds of the purchase transaction in which our clients are involved. Our fees are only due and payable on the closing of a home purchase by our clients.
Which areas do you service?
We serve primarily the areas of Northern New Jersey commutable to Manhattan which would include most of the towns in the following counties: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris. Middelsex, Passaic, Somerset, and Union.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
BUYER'S ADVISORS is jointed owned by the two brokers who founded the company.
What are your hours of operation?
BUYER'S ADVISORS hours are by appointment. We are available to our clients whenever needed seven days a week.
